McNally
​Multi-Purpose Room

$75 an hour
(25% Discount for rentals over 8 hours)
At 55' x 30', The McNally room is our largest Multi-Purpose Room and features beautiful sprung hardwood floors, white walls, natural sunlight, handicap accessibility, and viewing windows from an adjoining sitting area.  (Viewing windows can be closed for privacy.) 
The adjoining sitting area is 30' x 40' and is open to the public and is available for you to use when renting the McNally room.
The Waterford Cafe (a small dining area with a microwave and refrigerator) is another public space that is available for you to use when renting
​the McNally room.
​

Included in the Hourly Rate:
-Six 8' Rectangular Tables (seats 8-10)
-40 Chairs
-Two 6' Tables (seats 4-6)
-On-site Employee during your event

Available Add-Ons:
Sound system & 1 microphone $50
Additional 8 Foot Tables: $10
Additional 10 Chairs: $20

*We allow outside catering and alcoholic beverages.

*To include add-ons (sound system,  extra chairs, extra tables) you will need to do an extra transaction.  Click on the first hour of your rental and include all desired add-ons and pay for that hour with the add-ons.  Navigate back and book all additional hours for your party (do not include add-ons with the second transaction as they are covered for the entirety of your event when purchased with the first hour of booking. )

Multi-Purpose Room

$40 an hour
(25% Discount for rentals over 8 hours)

This 40' x 14' room is a great Multi-Purpose room for business meetings, lectures, workshops, classes, and small fitness classes.

The room has beautiful sprung hardwood floors, white walls, natural sunlight, handicap accessibility, and viewing windows from the main reception area (Viewing windows can be
​closed for privacy.)
The Waterford Cafe (a small dining area with a microwave and refrigerator) is another public space that is available for you to use when renting
​the Nicolson room.

Jones
​Multi-Purpose Room

$10 a half hour
This cozy 12' x 10' room is ideal for music lessons, private meetings, tutoring, and practice sessions.
The room has several outlets and has a table with 4 chairs.  


The Waterford Cafe (a small dining area with a microwave and refrigerator) is another public space that is available for you to use when renting
​the Jones room.


Included in the Hourly Rate:
